Seven years ago an amazing woman and gamer worked in the Ubisoft offices and came upon a brilliant idea. Why not start her own female team of gamers that could help promote Ubisoft games in a natural and organic way? Why not recruit from the community and actual players themselves, and begin a whole new outlet to reach out to others consumers? And thus… the Frag Dolls were born. Most people probably have no idea of the love, sweat, tears, and triumphs this team was built upon, but without Rhoulette, it would never have been possible, even aside from the idea itself.

While we wish Rhoulette the best in her future as she moves up in her career, like she was born to do, never doubt the Frag Dolls take a big hit without her guidance and leadership.  Rhoulette has helped impact this industry and the female gaming movement in ways that most people could not comprehend, and I know she will continue to do so. This week we say “goodbye” to someone that is not just my role model and mentor, but someone who is a leader for us all and will be written into the history books on gaming. We can’t wait to see what she will do next!
