It’s back! I’m soooo excited, w00t!111 Sorry about that, I just had a little l33t speak explosion. I can’t help it though. Katamari is back and this time on your 360. Beautiful Katamari has been out in the US and Japan for THIRTY YEARS!!! Alright, not quite that long, but we EU types have waited a long time with no sign of the game coming across the ocean - until now.

I’m well aware that it has been touted as no better or different than the original games. It hasn’t evolved, but that suits me just fine. What evolution could there really be that would improve on the basic premise of rolling up… well… everything really. I love rolling stuff. It’s my favourite thing to do.

If you’ve never played the game before, now is the time to try it - and if you have then you’ve already decided to give it another roll this February. If you think you’ll maybe pass on it this time round consider this – what about the great music? While everyone else is humming Katamari tunes do you really want to be ignorant of their catchy weirdness? And the King of Cosmos – can you really live without him in your life while his majestic, monarchness shines on the rest of us? I think not.
