I have a love/hate relationship with Guitar Hero. I love playing it but I’m also utterly rubbish at it, and within a very short time I can be found slumped on the couch with my arms folded and a big lip. But the thing about Guitar Hero is that it keeps me coming back for more.  That’s why I was very excited to get the chance to play Guitar Hero III before release - even before the game was completed and all the artists signed. The only snag was that I was going to have to play it on stage in front of a large audience…

My desire to have a go on the new wireless controller overrode my desire not to humiliate myself in public and so on I went. I was, of course, awful but the game is great and I had a chat with the GHIII guys who were as charming and funny as ever. Check out the interview and then get rockin’!
