Becoming a real person

img src="http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e229/SarinFDUK/Degreepose.jpg" alt="” border="1" hspace="5" align="left" title="May the degree be with you” />Last Tuesday some guy in a sequined gown hit me over the head with a hat made from someone’s trousers… It was no ordinary day in the life of Sarin. It was in fact my graduation day. All done and dusted now, four years condensed into a bit of laminated paper that I can file away for future reference.

Right next bit of life step up to the mark please, now what have we here:

Ahh yes a spot of teacher training over the summer and then into a ‘challenging’ school come September to bring the joy of science to under 16s. Fantastic, I’ll have a helping of that please.

Right brilliant, so what does that mean for my role in the world of Fragdolls, well nothing really! I will still be about forcing my curly brunette gaming ways on the lives of others. However you will all notice a distinct lack of Xbox live action from me for a while. During my summer training I have to live the life of a backpacker, running from school to school and sleeping in a variety of University accommodation. Now we all know what a delicate little bunny the 360 is, and how heavy a TV strapped to your back can be, so I will be absent for the sum total of six weeks. Not totally absent, just not on live. I will have a laptop and DS at my general disposal for foruming, minesweeper, general surgery, fruit picking, and maybe even a bit of retro gaming that my laptop has the capacity to run.

I expect that when I get back the marketplace will be filled with tasty wonders, my messages box full to the brim with people wanting to be on the friends list that I won’t have cleaned out for the last 6 weeks, and small spiders will have set up home in the dark and neglected compartment of my abandoned child. Maybe I should set it up a blog so it can whine to the world about how I have run away. Or maybe not as the blogging of inanimate objects still puzzles me!

Anyways……

Thank goodness for easily portable handhelds (which don’t require TVs or masses of wires) is all I can say!

Huzzar! Onward and upward to the next stage of life.
